Client Responsibilities

To deliver our services effectively, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information, assets, and access needed for the project
• Respond to requests for feedback or approvals within a reasonable timeframe
• Ensure they have the legal right to use any content, trademarks, or materials shared with us
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule

Payments & Fees

Service fees, payment schedules, and billing cycles will be outlined in the individual service agreement or invoice. Late payments may result in a pause of ongoing work until outstanding balances are settled. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Results & Performance

Digital marketing, and SEO in particular, involves factors outside our direct control, including search engine algorithm changes, market competition, and platform policies. While we apply industry best practices to every campaign, Cosmo Rank does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, conversions, or revenue outcomes. Reports and performance data will be shared periodically as agreed.

Intellectual Property

Any original strategies, creative assets, code, or materials developed by Cosmo Rank remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers as specified in the service agreement. Cosmo Rank reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

Confidentiality

We treat client information, business data, and campaign details as confidential and will not share them with third parties without consent, except where required by law or necessary to deliver the agreed services (for example, ad platform integrations).

Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement with written notice, subject to the notice period defined in that agreement. Work completed and expenses incurred up to the termination date remain payable by the client.

Limitation of Liability

Cosmo Rank is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability in any matter will not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve third-party platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, or other advertising and analytics tools. Cosmo Rank is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions, or costs incurred directly through these third-party platforms.

Website Use

All content on cosmorank.com, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Cosmo Rank and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its normal operation.
